Ryon is a strong constitutionalist and pro-life candidate, and the Republicans wavered on both issues, whereas the Constitution party does not. He is following the campaign rules that the Dems and Repubs themselves set up, and appears to me to be more loyal to his own views than a party. In my view, that is something that deserves respect.

It seems like you are trying to do or say anything to get elected to congress sir. ’08 you ran in the 12th district as a Republican, ’10 you run as a Republican errr wait Constitution party. It might not be carpetbagging in ’12, but it’s carpetbagging in ’10!

as far as the comment by Robert (Owens) – Kilroy and Stivers are not alike at all. The fact that you think that shows how truly little effort you have made to investigate the candidates. Just look at the 9/12 survy.
A vote for Ryon is a vote for Kilroy and Socialism.

I have lived in District 15 from 1993 to 2006 and I worked in District 15 until 2008. My oldest children still live in the 15th District and attend school in the Hilliard School District. Congressional District borders can change every 10 years. In fact, it appears that Ohio will lose 1 or possibly 2 congressional seats which means there will only be 16 0r 17 congressional district in 2012. Carrie, you may not be living in the same district in 2012 depending on where you live. So even if somebody is living in the 15th congressional district currently, they may not be living in the 15th congressional district after the 2010 Census and the redistricting in 2012. Many people will not be living in the same districts.

Once again Nash failed to mention that Ryon doesn’t live in the 15th District.

Aside from that it seems Mr. Ryon can’t make up his mind about where he wants to live, run for congress or what party he wants to belong too. It seems he is the typical politican that will say and do anything to try and get elected. By the way, Mr Ryon’s website says all requests and questions he receives will be answered within 48 hours. I’ve asked him repeatedly what his current occupation is and have not gotten an answer back….

Perhaps Steve Stivers and the Republican Party should blame himself for the loss in 2008. If the GOP would field a non RINO candidate and actually hold to the ideas that previously were held by the GOP, they would not face a three way race.

Nice to see politicians try and blame shift once again.

The GOP primary will include a pro-life candidate, Sam Adams. Using the blame shifting logicof Stivers, a vote for Stivers is a vote for Kilroy!

David Ryon:
David Ryon lives in the 12th congressional district (2006 to Present). The Constitution only requires a candidate to live in the State they represent not the District (Article 1 Section. 2). David Ryon lived in the 15th congressional district from 1993 to 2006. His three oldest children still live in the 15th congressional district with their mom. They are enrolled in the Hilliard School district.

David Ryon is currently a stay at home Dad. His youngest daughter Kaylee is 15 months old.

David Ryon left the Republican Party because the National Republican Party Chairman Michael Steele ok’ed pro-abortion Republican candidates. He is running in the 15th congressional district to make sure there is a pro-life candidate in the election.

Stivers is the one trying to play both sides. He claims his voting record is 100 percent pro-life but personally he is ok with 1st trimester, rape and incest abortions.

Stivers is the candidate who appears to say and do anything to try to get elected not David Ryon.

We hope this clears things up for you Carrie and others who may have had the same questions.
