According to Webster's...
Privacy: freedom from unauthorized intrusion
Intrusion: the act of wrongfully entering upon, seizing, or taking possession of the property of another
'Inspection': a checking or testing of an individual against established standards

I got your inspection.

According to the Bill of Rights...Article VI
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Sounds like we already have some established standards by which we are to abide. I wish the Department of Defense and The United States Government felt the same way.
