Americans today can’t possibly fathom the principles of true freedom and small government. They’re inflamed with the symptoms of deficit spending, endless war, an increasingly demanding welfare system, and a nanny state that encroaches on every aspect of society. Thus, I propose a new strategy: crush up the pill.

Most Americans know that things used to be much better in the United States, but they don’t have the facts and the figures to back that belief up. Well, after reading the shocking statistics in this article nobody should be left with any doubt that things have gotten worse in America. There are less jobs, incomes are down, home values have plummeted, poverty is up, consumer debt is way up, dependence of the government has skyrocketed and government debt is totally out of control. Sadly, it hasn’t really mattered which political party has had control over the White House. Things have gotten worse under Obama, they got worse under Bush, and they got worse under Clinton.

As we Paul supporters have failed so far to rack-up a victory in the primary or caucus beauty contests, I have started noticing that some are considering giving in to defeatism. That is not worthy of Dr. Paul or our cause – and Winston Churchill will show you why.
In 1940, during the Second World War, Hitler’s tyranny had already swept across all of Europe. The score was liberty – zero; tyranny – too many to count. Only Britain was left standing. And Hitler was coming for us.

1. Iran has threatened to fight back if attacked, and that’s a war crime. War crimes must be punished.
2. My television says Iran has nukes. I’m sure it’s true this time. Just like with North Korea. I’m sure they’re next. We only bomb places that really truly have nukes and are in the Axis of Evil. Except Iraq, which was different.
3. Iraq didn’t go so badly. Considering how lousy its government is, the place is better off with so many people having left or died. Really, that one couldn’t have worked out better if we’d planned it.

I am trying to understand the thinking behind the great many Americans who have decided to vote for a mainstream politician in 2012. So, whether they realize it or not, here are 25 things non-Paul supporters appear to be saying.
(1) The American political establishment has done a super job keeping our country prosperous and our liberties protected, so I’m sure whatever candidate they push on me is probably a good one.

“We told ya so” just doesn’t quite cut it anymore. As the American sheeple slept, selfishly refusing to take a stand against tyranny, the Obama administration has been plotting what can only be called a total government takeover of America.
On March 16, 2012, President Obama issued an executive order entitled, “NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS.”

The FDA wants to take away our right to purchase nutritional supplements. They have proposed draconian recommendations on supplement manufacturers that would essentially remove most supplements from being available to consumers. Why would the FDA try to do this? One would hope that they must be doing this to protect us from the danger of vitamins and mineral neutraceuticals.

Thank you, Forest.
For Newzies like you and me, there is no shortage of web sites, blogs, pod casts and newsletters extolling the virtues of One Man’s Opinion. As the saying goes, “Like (a certain body part), everybody has one.” Like most, some are better than others. And, like very few, some are really better than others.
